RETURN POLICY

Seller shall accept no returns without a return authorization number provided by the seller. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 10 calendar days of receipt of authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all return freight and 20% restocking charge or minimum charge of $25 on all returns. NO RETURNS shall be accepted by seller on special order products. Return Sales Order paperwork will be provided by seller and must be included with return shipment.

Vulcan Brands has a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. All products on our website are guaranteed to perform as advertised. We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with the quality and operation of every product we sell.

We know that without satisfied customers, we are out of business. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call us at (800) 588-5226 or send an email to [email protected]. Within 60 days of purchase, we will be glad to replace your unused product or issue a refund. We will even send you a call tag and schedule your pick-up with your replacement order. We want your purchase to be as easy as possible, even if it did not work out as intended. Our customer service agents are ready to help you.
